The best actor currently out there is: Kenneth Colley, who played Admiral Piett in Star Wars: the Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. The only Imperial officer to appear in more than one Star Wars movie and the only admiral to serve under Vader not personally killed by Vader.
