History
Where was your character born? What events helped to shape your character's life? What does your character do now? Please, don't just list one or two big events -- give us a run-through of their whole life!

Personality
How does your character behave? Any quirks of note? What's his/her motivation? Please be detailed. Minimum three paragraphs.

Appearance
What does your character look like? Hair, eyes, face, height, weight, build, distinguishing features. Please be detailed.

Fuku
Your basic senshi costume. Top, bodysuit, symbol, choker, tiara, gloves, shoes, skirt, bows. See the costume guide for the rules. Be as detailed and creative as possible. Costume may change if your senshi attains Super or Eternal form. No matter what the senshi, wings should probably not be attained until the Eternal level.

Transformation
How does your senshi transform? Is an item used? If so, what does this item look like? In what pose do they end?

Powers
Your senshi's beginning powers. Maximum of two for females. More powers can be learned. Maximum of four for males. Please include how the senshi performs the attack, what the effects are, and how many times it can be used.

Guardian
What is your guardian called, if you have one? What type of creature is it and what does it look like? Do not submit a guardian without having read the guardian rules! And especially don't forget personality.

Explanation
What star/planet/moon are you applying for? What are its physical properties? What does it mean? In what constellation is it? Why did you pick it?
What is the myth behind your god/goddess/angel/etc.? Why did you pick it?
Who is your guardian? Where does his/her name come from? How does it relate to your senshi?
You may also wish to explain the relevance of your powers.
For Japan only: please provide two examples of your character's first name in use by real people and two examples of your characters last name in use by real people. A good place to look might be anime credits, databases of Japanese actors, or Japanese homepages on the Internet. Optional: provide the kanji/kana for this name.
State what you know concerning your mineral/gemstone. No spiritual analysis required.

Writing Sample
Show us your writing skills and how you play your character. Minimum five paragraphs, third-person, past tense. Please don't make it too long, though. This area is not a substitute for history, personality, appearance, or any other part of the application.
