History
Where was your character born? What events helped to shape your character's life? What does your character do now? Please, don't just list one or two big events -- give us a run-through of their whole life! Also include what they will be doing upon arriving at Earth. Incorporating alien culture will score you big bonus points.

Personality
How does your character behave? Any quirks of note? What's his/her motivation? Please be detailed. Minimum three paragraphs.

Appearance
What does your character look like? Hair, eyes, face, height, weight, build, distinguishing features. Please be detailed. The less humanoid, the more chance you will be accepted. I cringe at the thought of humanoids.

Fuku
Your basic senshi costume. Must include a body marking of some sort.

Transformation
Optional, but if you decide to make one, how does your senshi transform? Is an item used? If so, what does this item look like? In what pose do they end? If you don't use a transformation, tell us how your senshi accesses his/her/its powers.

Powers
Your senshi's beginning powers. Maximum of five for all DU characters, though two to four powers is preferable. Please include how the senshi performs the attack, what the effects are, and how many times it can be used.

Mineral/Gemstone
State what you know concerning your mineral/gemstone. No spiritual analysis required.

Other
Anything else you wish to include. Tidbits on your alien's homeworld?

Writing Sample
Show us your writing skills and how you use your character. Minimum five paragraphs, third-person, past tense. Please don't make it too long, though. This area is not a substitute for history, personality, appearance, or any other part of the application.

Other RPGs: Are you in any other rpgs? If so, which ones, and what characters do you play? Your level of experience matters only a little bit; it's fine if this is your first game. In fact, we encourage it! This is just idle curiosity about other rpgs that are out there, and we can see some of the stuff you've done previously.

Killable Senshi: Give us your thoughts on killing senshi. And stop telling us about how you don't want other players to randomly kill your character! Nobody's going to do that unless you leave the rpg for six months and we can't contact you! In addition, it's preferable that you NOT make your DU senshi with the prupose of killing him/her/it off in its first season of appearance.
