Toya:
Well... both of his parents dead irks me.. but it's explained 
in the history. The personality was OK. The surfing thing kind of 
remined me of Hyperion..but that might just be me ^^; Troy actually 
seemed good until you got to his appearence, which was... really.. 
short. So was his fuku description ^^;

Naiya: All I got was his coat ^^; 

Toya: You might want to work on the attacks. Put in more detail 
about what it does and it's dodge-ability and such. Freeze and Ice 
Blast have nothing to do with water except for the fact that Ice is 
frozen water o_O; And like I said, Whirlpool kind of reminds me of 
Neptune's tidal wave thingy (I kind of remembered! ^^;)
I don't mean to be rude, so don't take it the wrong way ^^;;; I 
won't say anything about your research since I don't know very much 
about all of the angels ::sheepish grin::

I'll have to say a reject, or at best a reject/revise. Maybe others 
will pick up other things ^^;;

The top half was the best excluding the school and dead 
parents(though it did fit in I still don't like it). Might want to use 
Spell Check. More detail on the Looks and Fuku. You also need to 
concentrate on water for the powers. If you can't find much info on Gabriel 
and water there is more information about him having to communications and 
the catchers of evil doers(protects police).
