• You may display the work I have done for you on your website, on the wall of your room, to your friends... Any place so long as you do not charge money for the work in any shape or form. This means you may not:
  • Sell t-shirts featuring the image(s).
  • Sell prints or products featuring the image(s).
  • Display the image(s) on a subscription-based website.
  • Re-sell the image(s) or any copies of the image(s) in any media or form, including ventures where money is exchanged but no profit is made.
• Should you want to be able to sell the work in some form, you will need to e-mail me privately to arrange a commercial agreement. Also e-mail me privately for commercial inquiries. All you need is my permission, so please don't be afraid to ask. :)
• You must inform me of any place where you display the image online or in a public forum. Private or personal display is excepted.
• You must display proper credit anywhere the image(s) is/are displayed online or in a public forum. Proper credit includes:
  • A link back to either the TalosianFields.Org homepage (http://www.talosianfields.org), commissions page (http://www.talosianfields.org/commish.html), or gallery page (http://www.talosianfields.org/visual.html). Link may be text or graphical, but it must be easily accessible and visible in relation to the image or link to the image.
  • A statement concerning the artist of the piece, using one of the following names: "E. T. Young", "Emperial Teal Young", or "Emperial Young".
  • A statement concerning the artist of the piece and including, either in the text or as a link, the e-mail address "emiko@elfcomic.com".
• Characters, locations, or objects portrayed as part of a trade, commission, or request remain the property of their assigned owners. Actual image is copyright © 2003 E. T. Young. All Rights Reserved. Copyright of the image is not included, even for commissions. Please inquire if you are interested in purchasing the copyright of the image produced for you. Copyright can only be purchased by the owner of the characters, locations, or objects portrayed.
  • You may not purchase the copyright of any image featuring characters, locations, or objects which are not your property.
• You may not alter the copyright notice or artist signature on the image(s).

By eliciting a commission, art trade, or request, you are agreeing to these terms as they are stated.
